Monkey Bar Gym (www.monkeybargymla.com) is on a mission to change how the world views fitness. We are expanding through the Moorpark/Thousand Oaks area with full time and part time positions available. Currently, Monkey Bar Gym has locations worldwide with over 10 new facilities coming soon. With our continued growth we are currently looking for new, energetic and motivated individuals that are willing to start or advance their career in the health and fitness industry. We will provide hourly pay plus commission with plenty of room for advancement in the company. No sales experience is necessary. Training will be provided to each new-hire.
Skills/Requirements
- Individuals must be hard working, motivated and willing to learn.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be goal-oriented and ambitious.
- Will be trained for sales, marketing and customer service.
- Responsible for generating leads and contacting them via phone.
- Book Members' appointments and provide follow-up
- Ensure customer retention.

Each day you will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and ensuring new members are enrolled in the system.
This is a high energy, fast paced and dynamic sales position. You will be responsible for meeting with new prospective members and reviewing their fitness goals, identifying why they have failed in the past and presenting our membership and personal training options and most importantly, closing the sale.
