Firm Body Evolution (www.fbespa.com), West Hollywood,CA., a high end health and fitness industry organization is looking for a seasoned Sales Consultant to join our team.
Candidates should possess 2-3 years of fitness industry related experience preferred with a proven track record of sales success, stability, and outreach/networking.
We expect our candidates to be committed and to strategize for new business contacts, network and achieve outreach sales opportunities daily. You will also work closely with the management team and all profit centers.
Skills/Requirements
- Individuals must be hard working, motivated and willing to learn.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be goal-oriented and ambitious.
- Will be trained for sales, marketing and customer service.
- Responsible for generating leads and contacting them via phone.
- Book Members' appointments and provide follow-up
- Ensure customer retention.

Each day you will be responsible for obtaining qualified leads through internal and external marketing efforts, setting appointments, and ensuring new members are enrolled in the system.
This is a high energy, fast paced and dynamic sales position. You will be responsible for meeting with new prospective members and reviewing their fitness goals, identifying why they have failed in the past and presenting our membership and personal training options and most importantly, closing the sale.
