One of the things I’ve learned over the years working with independent gym owners, boutique studio operators, gym entrepreneurs, and personal trainers is that there’s a tremendous amount of value sitting right in front of us that we simply don’t recognize.
And sometimes, that value has absolutely nothing to do with selling another membership.
Now, don’t misunderstand me. Membership sales, personal training, retention, and recurring revenue are still the foundation of a successful gym business. But what about everything else? What about the building itself? What about the people walking through your doors every day? What about the businesses in your marketplace that would love the opportunity to put themselves in front of your members?
